The mediaSaaS platform is responsible for 3 key operations:
Standardised workflows are available for different content types and processes to make delivery and configuration quick and straightforward saving you time and money.
No-code configuration enables any authorised user to produce or edit workflows and more complex tools are available to ensure any level of complexity can be managed.
mediaSaaS is hosted within the ultra-secure Amazon Web Services, (AWS) environment and is architected to provide speedy and reliable performance worldwide.
Out multi-instance architecture enables us to quickly create new Virtual Private Clouds and get you online and deliver your updates and additional features as soon as they are available.
mediaSaaS utilises EC2, a web service from AWS, that provides reliable computing capacity to build and host its software platforms. A separate VPC is created for each customer and includes 3 ‘Availability Zones’ physically located in different data centres.
The production platform is located in 2 of the availability zones with usage optimised via load balancing. In case of failure at one site all usage is balanced to the other platform.
The 3rd availability zone is used for monitoring software providing 24/7 active monitoring.
Our experienced delivery teams will work with you to deliver the platform in a structured and professional way
With 25 years of experience in delivering complex projects we implement in parallel with your existing systems. This avoids the need for extensive change management procedures and means we can deliver much quicker than more traditional systems
Some deployments will require some data migration. This can be carried out in one hit or a number of hits, and where possible we will also provide the option of active synced integration
